About Me
I'm a Brazilian artist known around the internet as Not a Hazard.
But you call me NaH or Haz.Nowadays I mostly work on Illustrations, but I also know how to do character designs and animation.
I have a Bachelor in Animation and Cinema and also studied a little bit of Game Design at my university.I enjoy drawing cute girls, cool outfits and humanoid creatures. I also like drawing comics but I'm not that good.

Clip Studio Paint for drawing and animating.

Terms of Service
General
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
Prices are subject to change based on demand or extraordinary circumstances.
Things I'm not proficient or don't want to draw include but are not limited to:
Detailed Backgrounds.
Offensive Content.
Complex Monsters/Animals.
Detailed Furry. (Simple Anthro and Kemonomimi is ok.)
Communication
I'll always treat my clients with respect, no matter who they are, I ask that you do the same for me.
I will send you updates on your preferred platform between: Email, Discord, or Twitter.
You may ask for updates at any time, but I may not be able to respond right away.
I can answer any questions you have about the commission process or ToS if it's confusing.
Some small talk is ok, but is preferably avoided.
Don't solicit services unrelated to art.
Payments
Payments must either be upfront in full, or 50% at start and 50% once the commission is done.
Further installments may be discussed depending on project size, but are not guaranteed.
It is preferred to use Vgen for payments, but if you're for some reason unable, payments may be made through Stripe or Paypal.
Refunds
If I haven't started working on your commission a Full Refund will be issued if I'm unable to start it or when requested.
A Partial Refund will be issued if you request it after I start working, according to progress.
If I, by any reason, must cancel your commission mid-work a Partial Refund will be issued according to progress.
Revisions
You may make any revision to your request before I start working on it. But I may increase the agreed price, or refuse if the complexity increases too much.
You can request any minor revision before and after I finish the Initial Sketch.
You can request color revisions when I present the Base Colors to you.
Revisions mid-work and after will have extra fees applied accordingly.
If you need major revisions after I begin working extra fees will be applied accordingly.
Deadlines and Delivery
Estimated time may vary between 1 week to 2 months depending on complexity and availability.
Please understand that Estimated Time may vary depending on demand or extraordinary circumstances.
I will try my best to be upfront and communicative regarding extended wait times.
Rush orders will have a $30 USD fee applied. However I reserve the right to refuse rush orders If I feel I'm unable to deliver.
Use / Intellectual Property Rights
I reserve the right to modify and use your commission for advertisement/promotional purposes, unless you explicitly state otherwise.
I may stream and post WIPs of your commission, unless you explicitly state otherwise.
You, the commissioner, may upload the commission to your socials as long as proper credit is given and signature is not removed.
You may freely use your commission for personal use, be it icons, avatars, wallpapers, etc. With proper credit when relevant.
You may not alter my art nor claim credit of it.
Commercial use my work, or any component of it, requires prior agreement and a 100% increase in price. This includes but is not limited to Resale, Advertising, etc.
You can request commercial use of a previous commission if a proper fee is paid.
Do not trace or heavily reference my work, unless strictly for personal purposes that don't involve showing it to public.
Use of my art for NFTs and AI training/generation is Strictly Prohibited. Be it for advertising, reference, practical use, or anything else.
